How can I heat or cool the stuffed animal?
Simply remove the internal weighted bag. • For warmth: Microwave the bag for a short time. • For cooling: Place the bag in the freezer. Afterward, put it back inside the plush to enjoy soothing, calming relief. Please note: only the weighted bag should be heated or cooled—not the plush itself.
